In short
Submitting the Initiate NOI form is a request for our help, not a contract. Please provide accurate, genuine documents and only share someone else's details with their permission. Fees and government charges are agreed separately, timelines depend on authorities and lenders, and your documents stay private and remain yours.
1.About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TEZZ NOI website, the Initiate NOI form and the customer, staff and manager portals (together, the “Service”), operated by Sai Associates.
By submitting an NOI request, signing in or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2.The Service
TEZZ NOI helps customers with the Notice of Intimation (NOI) process: collecting the required documents, verifying details and preparing the challan. The website lets you request our assistance, and lets customers follow the progress of their NOIs and download the final challan once it has been approved.
- Submitting the Initiate NOI form is a request to be contacted. It does not create an NOI, a contract or any obligation on either side until our team confirms that we will take up your NOI.
- We may decline a request at our discretion, for example if the required documents or information are not available.
- Status information in the customer portal is provided for convenience. The official record of your NOI is the document issued or accepted by the relevant authority.
- We are not a government body, bank or lender, and the Service does not constitute legal, financial or tax advice.
3.Eligibility and authority
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- If you are a DSA or banker submitting a request for a customer, you confirm that the customer has authorised you to share their details and documents with us for their NOI.
- If you act on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
4.Your information and documents
You are responsible for the information and documents provided for your NOI. You agree that:
- All details and documents are true, complete, genuine and belong to you or you are authorised to provide them.
- You will promptly tell us about any change or error in the information provided.
- Documents must be legible, unaltered and in an accepted format (PDF, JPG or PNG). Password-protected or damaged files may be refused.
We rely on the information and documents provided. We are not responsible for delays, rejections or consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, forged or unauthorised information. Submitting false or forged documents may lead to termination of the Service and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
5.Accounts and sign-in
- Customers sign in with Google using the email address shared with our team. Access is only available for NOIs linked to that email address.
- Staff and manager accounts are issued by us for internal use only and must not be shared.
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account and devices secure, and for activity carried out through your account.
- Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
6.Acceptable use
When using the Service, you must not:
- Attempt to access NOIs, documents or accounts that do not belong to you, or bypass any access control.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or interfere with its operation.
- Upload malware, harmful content or files you are not entitled to share.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a customer.
- Submit automated, bulk or spam requests, or scrape content from the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
If you discover a security issue, please report it to us privately using the contact details below instead of exploiting or disclosing it.
7.Fees and government charges
Our professional fees, and any stamp duty, registration fees or other government charges applicable to your NOI, are communicated to you separately before work begins. No payments are collected through this website.
Government charges are set by the relevant authorities and may change. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees already paid for work that has been performed are non-refundable.
8.Timelines
Any timelines we share are estimates. Processing depends on the availability and accuracy of documents and on third parties such as lenders and government authorities, whose timelines are outside our control. We will keep the status of your NOI updated in the customer portal.
9.Intellectual property
The TEZZ NOI name, logo, website design and software are owned by or licensed to Sai Associates. You may use the Service and download your own documents for your personal or business records, but you may not copy, modify or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission. Your documents remain yours.
10.Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google for sign-in and cloud providers for hosting and storage. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for outages or changes of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
11.Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, for example for maintenance, security or legal reasons. Where a change materially affects an NOI in progress, we will inform you.
12.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
- We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate or unauthorised information or documents, by decisions or delays of authorities or lenders, or by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service for any NOI is limited to the professional fees you paid Sai Associates for that NOI.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Sai Associates against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, from false, forged or unauthorised information or documents you provide, or from your violation of any law or third-party rights.
14.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue — including information and documents, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — survive termination. Records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
15.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern amicably. Subject to that, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
16.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms; changes do not apply retroactively to work already completed.
